Tove Jansson
Tove Jansson (1914–2001), a Swedish-speaking Finn, was born in Helsinki to artistic parents (her mother was Swedish, her father Finnish). She spent her life as an artist and writer, becoming famous for the Moomin characters which appeared in books and comic strips.
The latest Moomins puzzles are of the original artwork by Tove Jansson. The earlier series of scenes from the Japanese animation version have all been discontinued with the demise of the Road brand. But for reference, you can view all the Moomins puzzles that are out of print in the Attic.
